I built ExtractInvoice because I was tired of the options: free tools that were janky and unreliable, or enterprise products that were bloated and overpriced. I wondered if I could build something better for people like me. Founders and small teams who just need invoice data without the hassle.
I use ExtractInvoice for my own bookkeeping. I'm not chasing growth metrics or trying to become the next unicorn. I just want to build something I'm proud of, a tool I actually want to use myself.

Build something people love using. Don't be weird about it.
I'm not going to bury cancellation behind five menus or sneak a price increase into an email you'll miss. Your invoices are encrypted and I don't touch them. Not for AI training, not for resale, not ever.
If the tool works for you, great. If it doesn't, you can cancel in two clicks and export everything. I'd rather lose a customer than keep one who's annoyed.

ExtractInvoice is young, and I'm adding new stuff all the time. The extraction engine is solid, but you might run into a rough edge or want a feature that's still on my list.
